Directions: Apply a small amount of Hairwell Eye protection Cream on the pad and place it beneath the lower eyelid. Press with gentle pressure. At the end of the tinting process, remove the paper gently and slowly so that the excess dye remains on the pad. If there is any tint on the skin, please remove with Hairwell colour remover.
