Care Instructions

• Unplug the pad and let it cool completely before cleaning.
• Check parts for wear and damage after every few uses.
• Never immerse the control unit in water or any other liquid.
• Machine washable at 30 C on a wool programme.
• DO NOT iron, tumble dry, dry clean or bleach.
• To hand wash, use a mild washing powder or detergent and soak your heated pad in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. After soaking, gently wash the heated pad and rinse thoroughly with clean, lukewarm water.
• Allow the excess water to drain from the heated pad. It may be gently squeezed, but do not wring the heated pad.

Warnings

• Controller must be detached prior to cleaning.
• Children under the age of three are not to use this appliance due to their inability to react to overheating.
• Do not use the appliance with wet hands or damp feet. Do not use if wet.
• Do not pull the supply cord or the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket.
• Do not pull or lift the appliance by the supply cord.
• Do not expose the appliance to humidity, to the effects of weather (rain, sun, etc.) or to extreme temperatures.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning or performing maintenance and when the appliance is not in use.
