A short, warm flowering period ensured excellent fruit set, producing deeply coloured berries packed with concentration and flavour.Fermented in a combination of open and static fermenters, with extended maceration to build complexity and tannin integration, the wine was then matured for 24 months in a blend of new and second-fill French oak, adding refinement and structure without overpowering the fruit.In the glass, it reveals a deep garnet red core.
