Vibrant in the glass with a deep purple core and bright crimson rim, this Shiraz bursts with aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and cherries, layered with violet florals, spice, and a whisper of vanilla oak. The palate is generous and juicy, shaped by soft, round tannins, and showcases a vibrant fusion of black cherry, plum, and subtle pepper, balanced by the gentle influence of old French oak. Meticulously crafted using cool night-harvested fruit, static and rotary fermentation, and three days of post-ferment maceration, the wine is both plush and structured.
