Our UHT Soft Serve Mix is a premium ready-to-use liquid dessert base made with fresh Australian dairy. It’s specially formulated for soft serve and frozen dessert machines, producing a smooth, creamy, and delicious ice cream-style product with consistent results — every serve.

This is shelf-stable with 9-month shelf life from manufacturing. It is designed to simplify the process of handling soft serve mix at your store and to ensure a consistent product quality:

Preparation Instructions

1. Shake the carton well before opening.

2. Pour directly into your clean, sanitised soft serve machine hopper.

3. Set machine to manufacturer’s recommended temperature (hopper: 1–4°C; cylinder: -6°C to -8°C).

4. Allow mix to freeze and dispense when desired texture is achieved.

5. Store unopened packs in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
