DIRECTIONSAdults and children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets at night with water. Increase up to 4 tablets if required. Increase fibre in the diet (except in cases of medication induced constipation). Drink plenty of water. Children under 12 years: Do not use this medicine.
