With an Intel Core i5 6-Core-Core processor to support the ZFS-based QuTS hero operating system, the QNAP TVS-H674-I5-32G 6-Bay NAS with i5-12400 CPU and 32GB RAM ensures data integrity and supports block-level inline data deduplication and compression, near-limitless snapshots, real-time SnapSync, and SSD optimization. Whether for mission-critical file servers, virtualization servers, collaborative video editing, or efficient data backup and recovery applications, the TVS-h674 delivers an ideal NAS solution. The high-performance TVS-h674 provides PCIe Gen 4 (up to twice the transmission speed of Gen 3) expandability, M.2 NVMe SSD caching, and 2.5GbE connectivity for high-speed virtualization network environments. This unit has six SATA III 6 Gb/s drive bays, all of which natively support 3.5" hard drives, as well as 2.5" hard drives and SSDs. Should users need to expand the overall capacity of their TVS-h674, optional expansion units may be connected. Also featured are two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports and one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, which allow it to be connected to external peripherals. You can also output video to an external display using the HDMI 1.4b port. Network connectivity is achieved via the two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports with port trunking failover support, which helps to provide redundancy in the case that a LAN connection malfunction occurs on one port. The TVS-h674 runs on either the QuTS hero 5.0.0 or QTS 5.0.1 operating system. For those who do not require a RAID, JBOD and Single are also available, allowing each drive bay to be individually utilized. QNAP has engineered the TVS-h674 to be energy efficient. Not only does it offer dual 92mm system fans and a 60mm CPU fan, the server supports numerous scheduled power on / off cycles and hard-drive hibernation to further minimize power consumption and operation expenses. The TVS-h674 operates using an internal 250W power supply and includes an Ethernet cable, a power cord, 24 flat head screws for 3.5" HDDs, 18 flat head screws for 2.5" HDDs, two M.2 SSD heatsinks, and two drive tray keys.
