The Sony ECM-S1 Wireless Microphone provides clear, low-noise, high-quality digital sound recording in a compact, lightweight unit. With both wireless and wired connections available, it provides  high-quality audio for easy recording or live-streaming either indoors or outdoors. Despite its compactness and light wight, the ECM-S1 is equipped with three large-diameter (14mm) microphone capsules. Also, three directional sound capture modes are provided and a switch on the side of the microphone allows the user to select the appropriate directivity for the usage situation.
