The chopping board is made from Thermo Polyurethane (TPU), aflexible material that withstands knife blades well without damaging them. Thetea towel and case are made from polyester for greater absorption and quickdrying. As with all our products, this set meets food contact standards anddoes not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) in line with the French legislation inforce. ; How to clean and care for your kitchen set: The ladle, spatula andchopping board are dishwasher-safe. The tea towel and case can go in thewashing machine at 40°C. Obviously, these 2 machines aren't often availablewhen camping so you can wash your set with soapy water and elbow grease...After a long time in storage, the chopping board will take a little time toget back to its flat shape.
