This air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the bodywarm. ; Durability of the components: We conduct numerous laboratory tests tovalidate the highest standards in terms of durability: a test of resistance toabrasion and friction to ensure in particular that the fleece does not pill, acolour-fastness test to check the behaviour and resistance of the colours andan ageing test to check that repeated washing does not alter the properties ofthe fabric, its behaviour, thickness or appearance. ; COMPONENT BREATHABILITY:To assess the breathability of the fabric, the evaporative resistance, RET(test based on the ISO 11092 standard), is measured. The lower the fabric'sresistance, the more water vapour generated by physical activity isevaporated, and the higher the fabric's breathability.
