Common Uses

Hydralyte may be taken on the first signs of fluid loss due to vomiting and diarrhoea. Hydralyte may also be taken to help manage dehydration caused by heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, excessive heat or fluid loss due to illness. Signs of mild dehydration. Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine, lethargy.

Ingredients

Contains 54 mg of potassium per 62.5 mL Ice Block. Contains 77 mg of sodium per 62.5 mL Ice Block. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.9 g. Contains: Sugars, sucralose, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate. No added gluten Kosher certified

Directions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer. 2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors. 3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end. 4. Suck small amounts until consumed. Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen, however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink. CPP
