Sodium carbonate, sodium sesquicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, camphor, PEG-180, menthol, eucalyptus oil, nutmeg oil, cedar leaf oil, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, canola oil, thymol.

Cut to open pouch and place tablet on the shower floor. For maximum soothing vapors, place the tablet in a direct stream of water. Not for use in the bath. For adult use only.
