Estrella Damm is a golden color with amber tones and slight shades of green. It is bright and sparkling, with a cream-coloured, long lasting head. It is a beer with lots of delicate, lively bubbles. The generous aroma is of fresh spices. The flavors of toasted grains add to the beer’s personality. It has a balanced character lightly dominated by a bitter taste bringing a long and refreshing finish.

2009 Sheer Drop Cab Sauv – 12 Pack, 750ml Bottle, ABV 14.5%

This rich cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon was grown in Faraday, Central Victoria, on the granite soils of Mount Alexander. It exhibits true varietal characters and distinctive aromas of mulberry and vanillin new oak. The palate shows generous fruit and a concentrated finish. The Faraday vineyards are just 12 km from the vibrant artistic community of Castlemaine, home to many renowned visual and performing artists. The distinctive work of painter Katharina Rapp is featured on the front label.
