Our Re-lite cookware was developed using a unique 3 layer non-stick technology call Durapan. Durapan is a robust and durable non-stick surface that results in easy food release without the need for oils or fats during cooking. The end result, healthier cooking! The Durapan non-stick 3 layers are applied to a hard anodised aluminium base which provides fast and even cooking with increased heat retention. Each pan features an ergonomic, solid stainless steel handle with an open V-shaped design for increased air-flow to ensure they stay cool while cooking (obviously very important!). Compatible with all cooktops, Re-lite cookware is the must have cookware collection for all health conscious home chefs.
