The Poly (formerly Plantronics) APC-42 Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) Adapter (P/N 38350-12) provides remote call control between compatible Cisco IP desk phones and Poly wireless headsets. It allows users to answer and end calls directly from their headset, eliminating the need for a mechanical handset lifter.

Works With the Following Cisco Desk Phones:

The APC-42 adapter is compatible with the following Cisco IP phone models, provided they are running the correct firmware versions:

• Cisco Unified IP Phone 6900 Series: 6945
• Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series: 7821, 7841, 7861
• Cisco Unified IP Phone 7900 Series: 7942G, 7945G, 7962G, 7965G, 7975G
• Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series: 8811, 8841, 8845, 8851, 8861, 8865

Compatible Poly Wireless Headsets

• CS500 Series: CS510, CS520, CS530, CS540
• Savi Series: Legacy Savi 700 Series (W710, W720, W730, W740, W745) and older Savi Office models (WO100, WO200, WO300, WO350)
