Made using 100% Shiraz from Mudgee, the fruit was lightly pressed to minimise any colour and tannin extraction. light pink hue with delicate aromas of strawberries and cream that follow through onto the palate and a cleansing pink grapefruit acidity delivering length. A small amount of residual fruit sweetness creates a very approachable, easy drinking style of Rosé.
