Sourced from premium vineyards in Victoria, the grapes for this wine are crushed, de-stemmed and fermented in Stainless steel tanks for 7 days followed by maturation for a further 10 months. This wine is vibrant and fruit forward and perfectly suited to tapas style meals and designed for immediate drinkability. A balanced and vibrant wine revealing rich raspberry, plum and black cherry characters with a long, savoury finish on the palate. Lifted plum and cherry characters intertwine with subtle spiced notes on the nose.
