This is why our engineersdesigned a brake lever that is closer to the handlebars and thus easier tohold.The brake lever is plastic. ; Changing gears (6 speeds): This bike isequipped with a grip shifter(MS40) to change between the 6 speeds: a safer andeasier system because the child doesn't have to let go of the handlebar.
