Gentlemen start your engines. Road rage from the comfort of your armchair has returned with your favourite go-kart racing circuit.
The sixth instalment of Mario Kart for Nintendo Wii has finally arrived in stores. The racing rivalry of the ever-popular Mario Kart franchise still embraces its classic past and features everyone�s favourite moustached bros and their posse taking to the track.
What is new are the 16 flashy courses and the option of swapping out your ride from a traditional go-kart to a luxury sports car or even a motorbike. The strategy falls in choosing from the lineup of 24 Nintendo mascots, from Mario to Wario. Players can also cruise the tracks as their personalized Mii caricatures.
The Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection builds an online community of Wii Mario Kart players and allows them to compete in tournaments, check worldwide rankings, see when their friends are playing and download ghost data.
