With a recommended retail price of just under $300, the Nikon Coolpix S210 is sure to prove popular with anyone wanting a basic compact digital camera from one of the more renowned manufacturers.
It's an 8-megapixel camera with basic point-and-shoot functionality, which is good for anyone who is buying their first digital camera.
The features are accessed via the 2.5-inch touchscreen, which is on the small side for today's compact digital cameras but still gets the job done.
These features include red-eye reduction, automatic flash settings and a fill-in flash and will help you produce better pictures if you don't have a lot of photography experience.
In terms of design, the Nikon S210 is a little on the chunky side for a camera with this technology and in this price range, so if you are looking for an ultra-slim digi cam, look elsewhere.
