The Motorola RAZR set a new benchmark for mobile phones when it was first released in 2004.
The flip design, choice of colours and thinness of the handset (you can easily slip it into most pockets) made it popular with power mobile phone users and the fashion conscious alike.
This later version - the Motorola RAZR MAXX V6 - is not only thinner than subsequent models of the RAZR but also offers compatibility with Telstra's super-fast Next G network, which brings high-speed Internet access to your mobile phone so you can browse the web or download music and pictures while on-the-go.
Although the basic design of the MAXX V6 is similar to the other Motorola RAZR models that have come out over the years, you'll notice a few differences. The most important difference is that this is a mobile phone made for listening to music. The MAXX boasts three new music keys so you can access your music quickly and easily. The phone can handle a variety of music formats including MP3, WMA, WAV and ACC files, which can be stored in the on-board 50MB memory.
Rounding out the impressive multimedia features of this mobile phone are a 2-megapixel camera above the outside display and a VGA version on the inside of the hinge. The RAZR MAXX V6 from Motorola is also compatible with wireless stereo headphones so you won't lose any sound quality when listening to your music.
