The Fujifilm FinePix S8000FD is a compact digital camera aimed at more advanced users.
If you are buying a digital camera for the first time and have limited digicam experience, the Fujifilm S8000FD may be a little overwhelming given its inclusion of manual and advanced automatic functions, including aperture and shutter priority and manual exposure modes.
However if you are a beginner you will appreciate the inclusion of 13 illustrated scene pre-sets, face detection and automatic red-eye removal.
The FinePix s8000FD is an 8-megapixel model that produces some very nice pictures. It's also very solidly constructed so you can feel confident when you take it on holidays or into the great outdoors for the day.
